Payment

Purchase orders are welcomed by fax, email, or online. Net 30 terms are extended upon approval.

For website orders, Sterlitech accepts credit card payment* through Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

*Some customers observe two charges to their account when ordering on our website. This occurs when the “authorization” and “capture” steps are not immediately recognized by a bank as the same transaction. We will never charge your card twice – please contact us if the second charge remains on your account after more than two business days. 

Pricing

Our goal is to keep our pricing fair for all customers. Therefore, discounts are typically offered based on bulk volume and not by individual/institution.

All prices are listed and orders invoiced in US Dollars. For quotes, product prices are valid up to 45 days from the quote date. All other prices are subject to change without notice.

As of February 2021, Sterlitech is required to collect sales tax from customers within applicable states:

If you are tax exempt, please email a copy of your exemption form to [email protected] with your order. We will keep these on file for repeat customers.  Your status may not be reflected in the initial purchase order confirmation when you make a purchase on our website, but will be included in your sales order confirmation after processing. 

Shipping

  • Sterlitech ships both domestic and international orders, and works with a variety of couriers. For international orders, we ship duty and taxes unpaid. All orders ship FOB Kent, WA USA. 
  • If preferred, please request shipment with your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number at the time of order placement. Most orders for products that are in stock will ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about estimated ship time, or if you require special/expedited shipping methods. 

Damaged Items

  • When receiving your purchase please check the contents for damage before signing the delivery acknowledgement and note any damage on the Bill of Lading. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving damaged products for assistance. 

Returns

  • Please notify us within 90 days of purchase if you would like to return an item. We will approve your return and give you an RMA number to proceed with the return process. 
  • If materials are to be returned to Sterlitech for repair, evaluation, or warranty consideration, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and form must be obtained from Sterlitech prior to the return.
  • The form must be completed and returned with the material. Be sure to include a complete, detailed written reason for the return.
  • Also, include serial numbers, installation and removal dates, and any other pertinent information that is available. Indicate the proposed disposition of the material, and reference the RMA number on all packages or cartons.
  • All material must be shipped to Sterlitech with freight prepared by the customer. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. 
  • Warranty
  • This warranty covers the initial end-user purchaser for defects in manufacture, materials, and workmanship.
  • The warranty lasts for 90 days from the date of shipment of the product provided you use the consumable according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Sterlitech will replace the consumable product or give you a credit for the price you paid for the product if Sterlitech determines that the product is defective.
